Late AGAIN! ! !

Here I am waiting for my wife to return, so I can make my 2:00 p.m. appt – it is now 2:05 p.m.(!) I explained to her how important this was, and she has not even bothered to call. What disrespect, what foolishness – what gall! ! ! It truly boggles my mind that she would do something like this – and this is not the first time, and probably won’t be the last. What do I do? What must I say in order for her not to disrespect my and her time like she does?!? I am trying to remain calm, but as the seconds and minutes tick away, so does my patience.

It is now 2:08 p.m.

I have been paging her since 1:30 p.m., and nothing. How does she expect me to want to be with her when she just totally screws me over like this? And she is not just hurting me, but herself and our family as well. My appointment is connected to bringing in more revenue to our coffers, but she can’t see past her asshole! Oh how this is beginning to infuriate me!

It’s now 2:12 p.m. –I mean, what do you think would be an appropriate response to this situation?

Spoiling Appetites

Like many toddler/preschoolers, our 4 y.o. is not the most consistent eater in the world. In fact, we deem him quite finicky. -But what does my wife do mere minutes before it’s dinnertime? Offer him a candy bar(!) I mean, isn’t that like basic feeding rule #341 – don’t spoil your children’s appetite with sweets before they eat dinner(!) What makes matters worse, is that my wife called me “rude” and “having an attitude” b/c I was perhaps a little dumbfounded that I actually had to explain that to her. After I took the candy bar from him, she had to nerve to say, ‘but he’s hungry now(!)’ So I returned, ‘so what if he’s hungry now, that doesn’t mean you give him candy(!)’ And me saying that is what made me ‘rude’ in her eyes/ears. Go figure.

My wife farts in my presence regularly and unabashedly – not to mention LOUDLY! Though I have expressed how this turns me off and how I find it disgusting, she still does it anyway. What happened to women being ladies? Yet we are supposed to respect them and treat them nice, but my wife does not even have the common decency to pass gas in the bathroom or at least out of my ear and nose shot! She even has the audacity to claim when she farts it doesn’t stink! WAC!!! I tell you WAC ! ! ! (Women are Crazy)

This is a blog about the travails and trials of my now 5 year marriage. We have two beautiful, if not annoying, children, one boy (4) and one girl (15 mths). Here is where I will tell the truth – of course how I see, duh! – but I will always strive for fairness and accuracy. This is not just to vent, but to hopefully help others see that, you know what – women are crazy!

Like for instance: My wife has complained about my yelling at her, so I have all but stopped yelling at her. Really, I have. But has she stopped yelling at me – nooooooooo! Has she stop yelling at our children – noooooooooo! It is really nerve wreaking, her yelling, not to mention her screeching at every little thing: Our little girl picks up a pen and puts it in her mouth – *BLOOD CURTLING SCREECH! ! !* Our boy spills some juice – *BLOOD CURTLING SCREECH! ! !* Our little girl pulls all the wipes out of the container – *BLOOD CURTLING SCREECH ! ! !* It is enough to drive someone mad ! ! ! And that’s nothing, stay tuned for more … because there will be more …
